Polymerization Inhibitor for UV formulation

Polymerization inhibitor FC-IH01 is a highly efficient polymerization inhibitor, which is used to increase the shelf time of UV Curing products. It can prevent the self-polymerization of UV coatings and inks during storage.

Reactive Amine Synergists

Acrylated Amine Synergists, which are reactive like diluting acrylic monomers and will be cured to become an integral part of the cured coating film; they have advantages over traditional amine synergists like EDB which often result in surface migration, odors, and extractables, particularly when used in excess.
Function: To promote fast cure of photoinitiators and overcome the adverse effects of oxygen on surface cure performance
